Everyday household items can create harmful bacteria such as E-Coli, Listeria, Salmonella, and Streptococcus, attracting rodents, flies, and larvae. And if those bins are sitting in your garage, yikes!
Yes, we bring clean water and take the dirty water away. We always use reclaimed water as well. Most cans can be cleaned and sanitized with steam, but we will use additional cleaners and non-harsh chemicals for those stubborn jobs.
If excessive trash is left in your bin, we grant 1-time forgiveness, and you will be notified and rescheduled. You are responsible for ensuring your can is empty on the day of your scheduled clean. Photos will be taken and sent to you.
We send you a friendly reminder via text or email the day before your scheduled cleaning, but if you forget or cannot keep your schedule clean, you can reschedule by emailing us. You will be added to the rotation the next time we are in your area.
